Return policy
RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER -RMA:
If you wish to return goods purchased in our store please choose one of the reasons bellow and contact us for RMA number. Once issued your RMA number remains valid for 14 days. You must ship the item back within this time period or your RMA expire. Parcels shipped with invalid / expired or without RMA won’t be accepted. Please refer to the section SHIPPING ITEM BACK for more details and return address.
DAMAGED UNDER TRANSPORT:
It is customer responsibility to inspect received goods and report any damages found within 2 days from delivery date. Please check the content in the courier's presence and make an appropriate note with signature or refuse the parcel if you notice any damages. We can not accept any claims nor returns for such a reason if you claim it later.
FAULTY GOODS RETURN -DOA:
For the first 30 calendar days from date of delivery faulty goods will be replaced or refunded in full. If you think that your product is faulty, please contact us immediately for troubleshooting steps and let us resolve this issue remotely. If you refuse to provide necessary informations or undertake troubleshooting steps , please refer to the CHANGE OF MIND section where none of those would be required. If we are unable to resolve the issue we will provide prepaid return label and take product back rather for full refund or replacement.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURN:
If you simply change your mind, please contact us within 30 days fromdelivery date.Oncewe authorize your returnplease follow SHIPPING ITEM BACK section bellow and sendthe itemback at your expense within 14 days. We will refund only the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you, so if you opted for enhanced service eg guaranteed next day where standard free delivery was also offered your shipping costs won’t be refunded.
ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED:
We do our best to provide you most accurate description for all our products with extra care taken if you buy Refurbished or Open Box product. Whenever possible we would provide real pictures and defect description if there is any. In the rear event if we fail and your item is not as described please contact as with the details so we can organize free return or replacement for you.
BUSINESS CUSTOMERS:
All above rules apply but It is entirely in our gesture rather to accept or refuse Change Of Mind returns. All returns are subject to restocking fee which depends of returned item condition and will be discussed with you prior RMA.
SHIPPING ITEM BACK:
This is customer responsibility to secure returning product, show reasonable care, secureand safely deliver it back to our return address : Compadvance Ltd, Stranraer, DG9 8BU, Rephad House, London Road, United Kingdom Please write your RMA number on the shipping label. Do not write directly on the box!
Item has to be returned in “As received”condition, with all supplied accessories and its original packaging, otherwise we reserve the right to apply restocking fee.
